The structure of the JUNXING PPR-FB-PPR pipes incorporates three layers: the inner and the outer polypropylene (PPR) layers filled with special additives and PPR-to-PPR middle fiberglass layer.
 
The outer layer is made of PPR-copolymer which can be easily treated during conventional pipe welding. It contains special agent additives making the pipe ultraviolet-resistant.
The second, middle layer of the pipes is formed by composite compounds consisting of PPR-copolymer and FB-fiberglass. Such composition provides for improving all technical features of the pipes including mechanical strength and resistance against exposure to high and low environmental temperatures.
 
Features of PPR-FB-PPR Pipes:
1. Linear expandability coefficient α≤ 0.5 x 10 - 4 m/m. °C, only 1/3 of general PP-R, so it completely settles down the flexibility puzzle of plastic pipe;
2. Reinforce the rigidity and prevent the pipe from dropping, reduce the numbers of fixed points and total cost of project;
3. Improve the static pressure and hydraulic pressure resistance, under the same working condition, the endurable pressure of composite pipe is more 25% than that of the general PP-R with same specification. Improve the safety coefficient of piping and make the working life longer under the general designed vibration force;
4. High temperature resistance, energy conversation, it can be long-term used below 90°C under the proper pressure in hot water system;
5. Convenient execute melting insertion connection with general PP-R pipe;
6. Settle down oxygen permeability problem, the interior surface directly contact water is sanitary, non-toxic and good sealing property.
