Chemical Auxiliary Additives Silicone Leveling Agent for Coating QS-333

The product has the excellent property of flowing and leveling. It is widely applied in various ink coating system. It has good water solubility and gliding property, reduce the surface friction, and prevent and eliminate defect like shrinkage cavity ,pinholes, etc.

Characteristics:

2. Low surface tension and preferable combination property.

3. Strong shrinkage-proof ability, particularly fit for spraying, dip-coating and blade coating.

4. Magnificent leveling property and abrasive resistance for both aqueous system and oil system.

5. Easily dissolve with other auxiliaries, Post-thickening may happen in reactive auxiliary system.

Application:

Water-based industrial paint, Leaching paint, adhesive composition, Water-based wood paint, Water-based polyurethane, Water-based printing agent, Water-based varnishing, Water-based acrylic, Water-based  leveling agent.
 

Usage and dosage:

The dosage is 0.1%-0.6%. Mix it with ink painting . 
 

Package and storage:

1,Packing in 25kg/ drum,50kg/ drum or 200kg / drum (plastic drum or iron drum),

2. Store it in cool and dry place. Shelf life - 1 year
