Description
Metallized Aluminum Oxide Alumina Al2O3 Ceramic Substrate with Silver Plating

Product Description

The description

Silver plated metallized ceramic substrate is widely used in intergrated circuit of the capacitors and filters, the silver pattern plays the electrode of  conductive network in the application. In subject with the outstanding characteristics of ceramic substrates as followings:
1. High thermal conductivity and promote the heat dissipation
2. Similar CTE as chips, it will not cause too much heat press
3. Low dielectric constant and dielectric loss
4. High mechanical strength to load proper semiconductor onto it
5. Good electrical insulation to raise the insluating performance

Our company has been specializing in making alumina metallized ceramic substrates, the thickness of substrate can be from 0.15mm to 1.2mm, also selection of metal for metallizing are available, including nickle plating, silver plating, gold plating and cooper plating.
