Corn flakes mainly use corn flour as the main raw material, add sugar, vitamins, and mixed raw material minerals. After kneading, aging, forming, baking, and flaking, add sufficient water to make flake instant snacks. Corn flakes are loved by people of all ages.

FLOW CHART OF CORN FLAKE PRODUCTION LINE

1. Mixer: Mix the raw material equally
2. Screw Conveyor: Take the raw material into the extruder
3. Twin screw extruder: mix, cook and extrude the raw material with suitable temp and pressure, first to produce cristal snack balls from the extruder
4. Flake Presser: Press the snack balls into flakes with adjustable thickness
5. Dryer: dry the corn flakes to take away most of the moisture content
6. Hoist: take the corn flakes to the next machine
7. Hot air Toaster: Puff the corn flakes to be expanded and crispy
8. Coating system: Spray syrup onto the surface of the corn flakes to make sweet flavor
