Aluminum alloy Centrifugal fan impeller used for Industral fan, this fan impeller belongs to multistage fan impeller, Fan impeller be finished by integral casting. And casting method of fan impeller is metal mould plaster low precessure casting, casting surface smoothness can meet Ra6.3μm.
The material of centrifugal fan impeller is aluminum A356. And all fan impeller will do T6 heat treatment to imporve the mechanical properties of products. After T6 heat treatment mechanical properties can meet:

All impeller will be done X-Ray inspection and fluorescent penetration test in our factory, including CMM, tensile strength test and hardness test.
