Function and Profile:
1. This equipment is for two pieces papers box folding & gluing machine. Due to the independent feeding of A/B pieces, it makes full use of the area of the carton and plays the role of high efficiency and cost reduction. 
2. Has adopted modular design, can meet the different requirements of customers.  The installation operation is simple, the structure design is more effective to solve the production of special box. 
3. The transmission mode of the machine uses hexagonal shaft, groove belt drive, high efficiency, energy saving, quiet and stable .
4. Follow the lightweight design principle, reduce energy consumption and make the operation of the equipment more simple and convenient 



Partial Mechanism Function Description:

Down Feeder
Independently motorized friction feeder with variable speed
Adjustable vibration motor
Two adjustable front feed knives
Vacuum feeder belts,ensure stable feeding


Aligner section
Independent section with an unparallel lower carrier that guides the box to a parallel handrail that allows a perfect blank alignment.


Joint section
Independent servo motor control
Big blank conveyor with big suction feeding belts,to ensure more stable feeding
Equipped with 2 sets high power air suction



Upper Feeder
Independent servo motor control
With baffle and knife(left and right)
With independent adjustable aligner,ensure parallel feeding


Pre-folding section
Left upper left 180°pre-folding
The third indentation line 135°pre-folding
1st and 3 rd crease openers

Bottom hook section
The whole set of frontal lock device ensures the smooth and accurate operation of the bottom lock

The speed of the delivery pressure part can be adjusted automatically or manually according to the speed of the host machine
Depending on the length of the box, the output pressure part can move back and forth,and the whole conveyor can be moved left and right by equipped traverse rail
