Free Fall Metal Detector for Injection Moldingy

The Free Fall Metal Detector is designed to detect the presence of metal particles in the plastic melt. It can be used with any type of injection molding machine, including injection stretch blow molding machines, and is easy to integrate into an existing system. The metal detector operates at a minimum of 50 cycles per minute and can be used on all plastics, as well as other materials that are compatible with plastic.

The Free Fall Metal Detector detects the presence of small metal particles that have been mixed into the plastic melt during manufacturing. It's important to remove these particles before they become part of an end product because they can cause damage or even injury if they are not removed properly. Some products may not work properly if they contain too many metal particles in them-for example, electronics might fail completely if there are too many metals inside them.
The Free Fall Metal Detector is a cost-effective, easy-to-use solution for detecting metal in injection molding. The system uses a pair of magnetometers to detect metal content in the molten plastic before the injection molding machine begins to fill the mold cavity. If there is any amount of metal present, the system will stop the injection process and alert you immediately. This provides you with an opportunity to remove any contaminated material from your product before it reaches the end point of your production process, saving you time and money.

The Free Fall Metal Detector works by placing an electromagnet on either side of the mold. As soon as you start up your injection molding machine, these magnets begin attracting any ferrous material that may be present in your plastic resin (such as steel shavings). While this does not guarantee 100% removal of all contamination from each part produced using this process, it does give you a high level of confidence that most contaminants have been removed before they reach their final destination: your molded part!
