What is the urine test strips:Urine analysis test paper refers to the urine test of bilirubin, urogen, ketone body, ascorbic acid, glucose, protein (albumin),
blood cells, PH, etc
Detection principle:1. PH: The pH value within the range of 5-9 is measured by pH indicator. The pH value of fresh urine of normal people is
between 5-7.
2, nitrite: reaction according to the urine gram positive bacteria to reduce nitrate to nitrite, nitrite and p-aminobenzene sulfonic
acid reaction to generate diazo compound, diazo compound and N- (1-naphthalene) -3 sodium amino propanesulfonic acid
combined to show a peach red.
3. Glucose: According to the reaction principle of glucose oxidase method, glucose oxidase specifically oxidizes glucose to
generate glucuronic acid and hydrogen peroxide, and hydrogen peroxide oxidizes the indicator to color under the action of
peroxide peroxide enzyme.
Composition:1. Monolayer membrane structure
It is generally made of high-quality filter paper, soaked by chemical reagents, and then dried, cut into blocks and then pasted
to plastic strips in a certain sequence and interval.
2. Second layer membrane structure
There is a reagent layer cellulose sheet on the plastic substrate of the support layer, in which all the reagents are presolids.
The detected components in the urine react directly with the reagents of the presolids on the cellulose sheet, and the color
change of the detected components is measured by reflection photometer, so as to calculate the concentration of the
components to be measured.
3. Three-layer membrane structure
Add a porous membrane filter layer to the reagent layer. Its role is to filter out impurities in the sample, and protect the reagent
layer. Reagent strips for microdetermination of glucose are common.
4. Multilayer structure [3]
The famous Roche dry urine chemical test belt is composed of 1~3 layers of chemical test paper and covered with a special
semi-permeable nylon film on the surface. All the test blocks are fixed on the bottom plastic base plate. Each layer of chemical
test belt of this structure bears certain chemical reaction characteristics. There are reagent layers, absorbent pads and special
structures for neutralizing and eliminating VitC interference.
