Mono Sodium Phosphate Anhydrous

Mono Sodium Phosphate is a kind of white crystalline powder, slightly hygroscopic. It is very soluble in water, aqueous solution acidic. CAS#7558-80-7.
Usage:
Mono Sodium Phosphate is a kind of excipient. It is used in wide varity of buffering agent and sequestering agent.
In food products, it can be used in baking powder, and as a dry acidulant and sequestrant.
In pharmaceutical applications, it is used as a mild saline laxative and in the treatment of hypophosphatemia.
