Product introduce
Lay-in grid ceiling used widely in interior decoration, for example, library and laboratory. The suspension system of this ceiling is hidden, but you will see the tee and cross tee obviously, it consist of big gird.
The material of lay-in grid ceiling is aluminum. We always use the high quality aluminum as raw material, our material suppliers are Scien and Southwest aluminum group.

The normal size of lay-in grid ceiling is 575*575 or 585*585, back size is 595*595mm, and height is 9mm.

Installation accessories mainly including main tee and cross tee, we have T15, T24, round slot and square slot. Other accessories are expansion bolt, thread rod, main channel, 38 main hanger, common hanger and nuts.

Installation guide
1. Install the wall trim in the same level;
2. Fix thread rod with expansion bolt and nuts, connect main channel with 38 main hanger, normally thread rod distance between 1to1.2m;
3. Connect main tee with common hanger, distance same as panel width; Then insert cross tee into main tee; Make sure all the tees at the same height;
4. Lay the ceiling tile into tee grid.
Remember to remove any finger print or stain may remain on the panel.

Compare with other material ceilings such as steel ceiling, gypsum board and mineral fiber. Aluminum ceiling has many advantages.
