Production Description
The four-direction shuttle intelligent storage system is mainly composed of six parts: dense rack, four-direction shuttle, elevator, conveyor system, warehouse management system(WMS) and warehouse control system(WCS). This system is an upgraded version of the intelligent dense warehouse of the stacker intensive warehouse system and the M/S shuttle intensive warehouse system. It is controlled by the computer system, and the goods can be placed in the designated location through the horizontal and vertical driving of the 4D-shuttle; the elevator is in charge of moving goods to high-rise and changing layers of 4D-shuttle. Finally, the logistics docking between the warehouse area and the outside of the warehouse is finished through the ground conveying system.

4way Pallet Shuttle:The shuttle is the core equipment of the dense four-way intelligent storage system, completely developed by our company.

The Rack and Conveyor Equipment   
  The racks are mainly composed of rack pieces, sub-track crossbeams, horizontal tie-rod devices, sub-track, main track crossbeams, main track, roadway end baffles, etc. The main materials of the rack come from Baosteel and WISCO , processed by cold rolling.
 



               
The roller machine is composed of frame, leg support, rollers, drives and other units. It has a large load, and it is suitable for various packing structures, recognizing address by photoelectric, and precise positioning.
 

               
The reciprocating pallet elevator is mainly composed of driving device, cargo lifting platform, balance weight block, outer frame, external mesh and other main parts. The elevator is compatible with cargo lifting and 4D-shuttle layer changing functions; It has a large load and a small settlement, which can meet the requirements of the 4D-shuttle to directly pick up and unload the goods; the top and bottom take up little space, making great use of warehouse space.
 

 
The conveyor consists of a frame, leg support, drive units, etc. The frame is made of aluminum alloy, with fixed gearless bend wheels at both ends, recognizing address by photoelectric, and precise positioning.
 


WMS                             
The warehouse management system is an important part of warehouse management, which is equipment control center, scheduling center, and task management center of intelligent warehouse management. The operator mainly manages the entire warehouse in the warehouse management system, mainly including: basic material information management, cargo location storage management, inventory information management, warehouse-in and warehouse-out operations, log reports and other functions. With the warehouse control system, the warehouse management system can efficiently complete material bonding, in, out, count and other operations. Combining with the intelligent route allocation system, the whole warehouse can be used steadily and efficiently. In addition, the warehouse management system can complete the seamless connection with ERP, SAP, MES and other systems according to on-site requirements, which greatly facilitates the users' operation between different systems.

WCS
The warehouse control system is in charge of the control between the system and the equipment, and sends the orders issued by the warehouse management system to each equipment for controlling operation. There is continuous communication between the equipment and the warehouse control system. When the equipment finishes the task, the warehouse control system will post date automatically with the warehouse management system.
