contacts with materials for heating and drying or baking.The method of gravity sedimentation and multi-tube cyclone dust removal is adopted to make the smoke and dust discharge meet the requirements of environmental protection.
 
Coal-fired hot blast stove has scientific structure and high thermal efficiency.The combustion mode of the coal-fired hot blast stove adopts the combination of mechanized chain grate and new energy-saving combustion arch, which has the characteristics of wide adaptability of coal types and sufficient combustion.
Adopt new type of tube heat exchanger, full heat exchange, not easy to block, easy to clean.The upper part of the heat exchange tube is made of stainless steel tube, which is not only resistant to high temperature scour but also has a long life.High degree of mechanization, simple and convenient operation

Product working principle

    The grate is driven by the governor box, and constantly moves slowly from front to back. The coal enters the coal hopper through
the coal loader. The coal hopper falls on the grate and then is evenly conveyed to the furnace by the coal sluice.The coal seam moves to the furnace with the grate continuously, and the oxygen is given by the blower at the same time, and the radiant heat in the furnace is accepted, and the stage of drying and ignition is carried out in turn, until the combustion is done.In addition to the slag discharged by the slag removing machine, the air from the bottom fan of the coal-fired hot blast stove enters the furnace through the coal seam through the air duct, and the high-temperature furnace gas produced after mixing combustion.
