Complaint
This product is a non-carcinogenic substitute for benzidine 1 (Ames test negative), suitable as a peroxidase substrate for ELISA. The substrate yields a soluble light blue final product that can be read spectrophotometrically at 370 or 6Chemicalbook 20-650nm. The TMB reaction can be stopped (turned yellow) with 2MH2SO4 and read at 450nm. A sensitive and specific reagent for detecting blood, measuring hemoglobin, and measuring peroxidase.
