Arnebia euchroma (Royle) Johnst., a perennial herb of Arnebia euchroma (Royle) Johnst., or ArnebiaguttataBunge., also known as Zidan, Dixue, Saxifraga, Arnebia euchroma, and Radix Arnebiae. It mainly contains naphthoquinones and other chemical components, including shikonin, shikonin, shikonin, shikonin and shikonin polysaccharide. Application of Soluble SHIKONIN:

Eat purple pigment. It is used for coloring canned spicy meat poultry in an amount of 0.35 ~ 0.56 g/kg. Crushed Arnebia euchroma can be placed in a fine sieve and poured with hot oil at 160 ~ 170ºC to make the pigment dissolve in the oil. The oil flows out through a fine sieve, is mixed with Chili powder in a container, and is fully stirred and boiled into a mixed sauce for later use.
