System Description
This equipment includes separation area, checkweighing area, rejection area, NG product temporary storage area, scanning area, industrial computer, photoelectric sensor, power transmission and other parts;
The scanner reads the product QR code, transmits the data to the computer control system, automatically retrieves the checkweighing parameters in the database, automatically checks the weighing, automatically rejects NG products, and automatically transfers qualified products to the next process;
The conveying speed is adjustable, the detection weight range can be customized arbitrarily, the upper and lower limit weight parameters can be set arbitrarily, the detection accuracy is high, the speed is fast, and the degree of automation is high. It is suitable for the weighing and detection of large quantities of products in the factory assembly line.

Box-type packaging products are mainly used for automatic detection and identification of missing parts in automatic production lines that are manually packed.
Operation process:
Turn on the power---select the formula---press the [start] key---the system automatically conveys---the product to be checked is automatically conveyed to the checkweigher---the system automatically compares according to the set parameters---the weight exceeds the limit Automatic stop alarm/weight in the OK range, the system automatically conveys ---waiting for the next product to be automatically checked on the scale.

Intelligent and efficient: Chinese touch interface, multi-group formula storage, password authority management, Chinese weighing record, intelligent fault detection, etc.;

Function switching: optional parking checkweighing or continuous weighing, stop alarm or automatically reject when abnormal;
System protection: The system is equipped with zero zone protection, protection for long-term idling and parking;
Imported configuration: Japanese Mitsubishi original factory/Taiwan DELTA PLC, Japanese OMRON relay, French Schneider switch, Taiwan Liming reduction motor;
Control system: PLC control loop, special software for checkweigher

Drum conveyor/bar code scanning/automatic rejection/customized on demand.
Note:
There should be a relative interval between two products during continuous checkweighing to ensure that only one product is on the weighing platform at a uniform time.
