Mesh Belt Shot Blasting Machine provide high volume production and cost effective performance for deburring, cleaning, descaling, deflashing or etching. These sytems are extremely versatile for efficient blast coverage and built to accommodate medium to large castings, heat treated parts, automotive wheels, ferrous and non-ferrous castings, weldments, fabrications and more.
Wire Mesh Belt machines are used for desanding of flat, thin walls and fragile parts of iron and aluminium alloys what requires specific demands on the shot blasting machine as well as shot blasting process. Heart of the shot blasting machine, which is provided with 4 or 8 impeller wheel turbines in different power drive, is a circulating wire mesh conveyor belt made of manganese steel wire.
In-line operation, continuous blast cleaning
Clearly arranged manufacturing sequences
Improved manufacturing consistency
Short transport distances (no intermediate storage)
Reduced operating costs
No manipulation with uncleaned castings
User specific design of loading and unloading area (manual or automatic parts handling)
The castings will be shot-blasted equally from top and bottom sides. This is important for the stability of shape of flat parts. The transport of parts takes place reliably (without jamming) and smoothly without any shock effects. Speed of wire mesh belt conveyor, ejection speed of shot material as well as shot material quantity will be adjustable. Therefore shot blasting time and intensity can be easy adjusted to meet the requirements for the castings to be shot-blasted.
The blasting chamber is fabricated by high strengthened steel plates and profile steel which ensures adequate intensity and rigidity of the machine. ,blast wheels layout adopt 3-D dynamic simulation design, which ensures optimal shot blasting angle and distance.
As with all Bestech Blast Machines adopt easy replaceable high manganese steel guard liner on hot blasting zone, which is hard enough to deal with the shot blasting hardness up to 60HRC. The overlapped liner blocks are installed inside the blasting chamber which eliminate any possibility that the high speed blasting media will hit the blasting chamber directly.
High impact toughness can make full use of the reflection kinetic energy of shot to continue to blast cleaning the surface of work piece, so greatly enhance the cleaning efficiency and quality.
High chrome wear resistant perforated saddle plate are deployed at the bottom of the blasting chamber which ensure the used blasting media will appropriately get into the abrasive recycle system and prevent any damages to the bottom screw conveyor.
