The onion peeling machine uses compressed air as a power source, and blows off the onion skin through a swirling airflow. The whole working process adopts the design without soaking in water, without knives, and without abrasion. Dry peeling is carried out through airflow to ensure the integrity of the onion, which is suitable for use in vegetable processing plants.
The onion peeling machine must be provided with air pressure by an air shrinker to peel. It should be equipped with an air compressor with a displacement of 2 cubic meters/min, a pressure setting of 8-10kg/cm², and a power of 15kw.
