KATA Double block and bleed Ball Valves are designed, constructed and tested according to the most recent international standards, such as API, ASME, BS, DIN, etc. It requires two isolation in one line and a bleed function. It is applied to control the flow between the two 'ball valves' cavity in order to block the downstream pipeline in a safety way. The double block is playing the role of venting the pressure safety during maintenance by a valve stead of two bolted valves.

Design features:
-Ball - Floating Ball. Choice of bleed valve.
-Gate Type - Stelited Seats. Choice of bleed valve.
-Sealing options including additional graphite, O-rings and/or lip seals.
-Seating options including PTFE, PEEK and metal seated.
-Seating options including Devlon, Nylon, PTFE, PEEK, PCTFE and TCC metal seated.

    A: Generally it is about 45~60 days. For some urgent order, delivery can be made within 30days if there are raw material stock.
