LS9250 series are heat vulcanized flame retardant silicone rubber compounds with excellent comprehensive properties. Characteristics
• Good on roll processing performance, non stick roll, easy on roll, moderate plasticity.• Good extrusion performance, smooth extrusion. The extrusion surface is good.
• Excellent and stable physical and electrical properties.
• Pass ROHS certification, REACH certification, etc.
Applications
• Extrude electric insulation layer and sheath layer of wire.• Seals, industrial miscellaneous parts, etc..
• Extrusion rubber tube, solid rubber strip, special section sealant strip, plate, calendared sheet, etc
Usage and operation
• Open the mill for about 3-5 minutes to make the rubber roll and mix evenly.• Add the color paste evenly (if necessary), and then add the curing agent. Roll 10 to 15 rolls to make the curing agent evenly
dispersed in the rubber, and the rubber surface becomes smooth.
• After the rubber is rolled down, it forms a sheet. Each piece is separated by a membrane.
• The curing temperature is 170 ºC - 350 ºC. The specific setting depends on the equipment, extrusion speed and cable
specification.
Safety and storage
• Store at room temperature for six months from the date of manufacture; use within three months is recommended, beyond that
the product mixing time will be extended as appropriate.• Store in a dry and cool place, out of direct sunlight
• Keep out of the reach of children.

Packing • Packed in 20kg cartons lined with plastic bags. Industrial instructions
