Q1: Are you a manufacturer?
A1: We are professional in producing mattress, pocket spring and non-woven fabric with over 25 years' history. We have our own production workshop, showroom, R&D department, offering different kinds of high-quality products and superior service.

Q2: What is the lead time?
A2: The lead time for mattress is 30-40 days after receiving 30% deposit payment.
The lead time for pocket spring is 10-25 days after receiving 30% deposit payment.
The lead time for non-woven fabric is 10-20 days after receiving 30% deposit payment.

Q3: What sizes of mattresses and pocket spring do you carry? Do you make customized sizes?
A2: We can carry any size as you required.

Q4: Could you provide customized products? Can you put our logo on the mattress?
A4: We can satisfy all your needs including personal design and OEM service.

Q5: How is your quality control?

Q6: How is your packing for overseas purchasing?
A6: There are three main packing ways, more requirements from you are acceptable.
For mattress:
a.Flat vacuum compression: vacuum compressed in PE bag, and packed into wooden pallet
b.Roll-packing: vacuum compressed and rolled in PE bag, and packed into carton or plastic bag
c.Non-compressed packing: PE bag + craft paper

For pocket spring:
a.Roll-packing: vacuum compressed and rolled up

For non-woven fabric:
a.Roll in polybag with paper tube in the middle
b.As your request

Q7: How do you provide samples?
A7: Samples are available and to be negotiated. Shipping charge is paid by clients.
