Yoga Wheel to Improve The Neck

Wheel pose, one of Hatha yoga poses, is a common yoga pose.  Wheel tonics and strengthens back muscles, relaxes shoulder joints and neck muscles, and keeps the spine healthy and supple.  The front of the body is also extended powerfully, nourishing and strengthening the muscles of the abdomen and benefiting many internal organs and glands.  

Blood circulation is increased, and a fresh flow of blood flows into the head, which clears the mind and sharpens the senses.  The wheel position also strengthens the wrists, ankles and legs.  

Test the backbend of the waist.  Lumbago need to pay attention to the feeling of the waist. 
 

Tighten your thighs and buttocks  

Increase back and arm strength;  

Increase the flexibility of the neck, chest and shoulders;  

Eliminate the stiff body after getting up in the morning and the tension after work;  

Cultivate good posture, prevent hunchback;  

Increase bone density and prevent osteoporosis
