Rubber Diaphragm Seal, also known as Rubber Membrane Seal, Silicone Diaphragm Seal and EPDM Diaphragm Seal, are made of a rubber also known as Buna-N elastomer, which is the most widely used elastomer for electronic, medical, automobile, pipeline, machinery products or device sealing, processed by compression molding, die cutting, LSR injection molds, rubber transfer molding, and rubber injection molding etc.
Silicone Rubber Diaphragm Seal has a wide range of application, such as Pressure Gauge, pressure transmitter, sanitary (toilet diaphragm seal), non implantable medical devices (like diaphragm valve in ventilator), Pumps (like Breast pump diaphragm) etc, which require rubber diaphragms can be made in a wide variety of materials depending on the medium to be sealed. Common materials include Nitrile, HNBR, EPDM, Fluorocarbon, Flurosilicone Rubber (FVMQ), Neoprene and Silicone.
