Working Principle

Product Features
1) The filter has two observation and inspection ports, the top is used for observation and feeding, and the bottom is used for emptying and maintenance. Each port adopts a completely leak-proof design. The system adopts the principle of hydraulic sealing, which is safe and reliable.
2) The unique 55 mushroom-shaped differential pressure compensation filter water collectors are the water pressure level of each part of the system in the filtering state. Balanced, high filtration flow rate and high efficiency, in the state of backwashing, an internal circulation is formed, and the backwashing efficiency is high and does not run off sand.
3) The water distributor makes the unfiltered water flow evenly through the packing layer even in the case of high flow, Maintain a flat water surface on the material layer.
4) The filter shell is made of stainless steel, steel lined with rubber or all plastic, with high efficiency and high pressure-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance. The integral spherical shell can withstand the pressure of 0.59Mpa.
5) The inner layer of the filter is made of black polyethylene, which can resist environmental pressure, prevent embrittlement and not be affected by chemical substances Invasion.
6) For the pressure-compensated water collector, the opening near the middle is small, and the opening near the tail is large, so that the pressure from each water collector to the outlet is consistent. 7) Power saving: The system has a unique automatic backwash valve, the backwash of the sand filter tank is not carried out at the same time, but Under the normal operation of the system, backwashing is performed one by one, and there is no need to consider setting up a backwashing pump. At the same time, compared with other sand filtration equipment, the required lift of the filtration pump is 6-7m lower. 8) Water saving: due to its unique water replenisher and water collector, the system has unified specifications of the tank, so that the Compressed air is required to allow for a very uniform expansion of the media layer for effective backwashing. The water used for backwashing is filtered clean water, so the consumption of backwashing water is small. Product Structure
