Usage and operation
• Open the mixer for about 3-5 minutes to make the rubber roll and mix evenly.• Add the color paste evenly, then add the curing agent, beat 10 to 15 rolls, so that the curing agent is evenly dispersed in the
rubber, and the rubber surface becomes smooth.
• After the rubber is rolled down, it forms a sheet. Each two pieces can be separated by a film for feeding extrusion. The curing
temperature is 170 ºC - 350 ºC. The specific setting depends on the equipment, extrusion speed and cable specification.
Safety and storage
• The shelf life of silica gel at room temperature is six months. It is recommended to use it within three months. If it exceeds three
months, the mixing time of the product will be extended.• Please wear protective glasses and gloves when operating this product.
• Store in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight.
• Place in places where children are not exposed.
Packing • Packed in 20kg cartons lined with plastic bags. Please store in a cool place.Industrial instructions
