1. Metal mold opening capacity is up to 12 sets per month.
2. Plastic mold opening capacity is up to 18 sets per month.
3. The development time of common molds is about 15-20 days, and complex molds are about 25-30 days.
4. FPIC solemnly promises that all fees will be refunded if the mold development fails to meet customer requirements.
To control the product quality throughout the process, FPIC built a lab equipped with professional inspection and testing machines. In this lab, we could use Salt spray resistance tests, tensile tests, intersection detection, coating thickness inspection, etc. Before delivery, all the products should be detected by CCD 100%, to ensure their high performance.
