Flotation machine is an indispensable flotation device in modern mineral processing technology. This device can be used to sort various ores by flotation. The flotation machine is driven by motor v-belt drive to drive the impeller to rotate, which causes the centrifugal effect to form negative pressure. On the one hand, sufficient air is inhaled to mix the slurry and the slurry.Adjust the height of the gate and control the liquid level so that the useful foam is scraped out.
Mix the mashed rocks with water and necessary reagent in the mixing chute, and inject them to the pulp chute. Lead air to the pulp to make it form large quantities of bubbles, and some mineral particles that are difficult to get moist in water and that are generally called hydrophobic mineral particles will stick on the bubbles and float with the bubbles to the surface of the pulp to form mineralized bubble layer, and some other mineral particles that are easy to get moist in water and that are called hydrophilic mineral particles do not stick on the bubbles but stay in the pulp to discharge the mineralized bubbles containing specific minerals, thus completing the separation process.

Clients are welcome to visit our factory, also our equipment working site from former clients. We will arrange cars, hotels and translators for the visiting customers.

As clients' request, we will send technician to the mine site to guide the installation, trial run test, and training operators until the plant works normally.

Equipment spares will be offered with manufacturing cost in at least 10 years since the order is placed. To establish long term cooperation, we will regularly call and email our clients, to check the equipment working condition, offer suggestions for maintenance, and if necessary we will pay a visit to clients to solve the problems caused during equipment working.
