Fiber Snake Rodding Cane FRP fiberglass Duct Rodder
Fiber Glass duct rodders or push rodders and commonly called python rod by its nature passing through under ground ducts by ups, down negotiating the duct curvature thus very convinient to pull the cables , wires inside the duct , also it can be used to locate the duct block or damage portion identifications . its has high safety aspects to use underground applicartions because of its non conductivity of electricity, sets a major safety to site workers.
It has been built with rigid sturdy steel tubular fabrication for easy usage at site and can be self coiled in the tubular frame and easily roll like trolley on ground by its wheels fitted at bottom.
The ducts rodders normmaly comes in various diameters from 5 mm to 15 mm as per ground applications. normally 10 mm dia FRP rodders used for pulling, cleaning and locating blocks in Fiber optic Cable network applications.

Feature1. Light weight, durable, resistance to acid, alkali, aging resistant, corrosion resistant.
2. High tensile strength and bending properties, which make it to go through narrow pipes easily.
3. Good temperature adaptability, the product will not soften in hot weather / nor become brittle in cold weather. Its usability will not be affected by temperature.
4. Outer protect layer are made of high density polyethylene engineering plastic, which has good anti-UV capability.
5. Cover was coated with long-term UV-resistant polyethylene.
6. Its surface has the advantage of smooth, wear-resistant and long service life.
7. Meter marks on the protect layer of duct rod can be used for measuring distance. Marks are printed by professional printing machine, which has the advantage of strong adhesion, clear writing, waterproof, anti-ultraviolet, it can be still clear even after using many times.
