Q1. Is there a warranty? Do you have machine operating instruction ?
A: Our machine comes with 1 year warranty. Any damage incurred by improper usage/ negligence would not be covered by the warranty. YES ! We have English machine operating instruction, as well as instruction video to show our customer.
Q2. What's the delivery time?
A: Generally, it takes 7 to 15 days to finish an order. Exact delivery time would be confirmed by further communication.
Q3:How do you control your product quality?
First, the machine we offer in strict accordance with the ISO quality and CE system requirement.
Second, each procedure is designated by a particular person.
Third, we have a professional QC team.
At last, all of information of each product can be checked in ERP system
Q4:What is warranty of products?
All of products with one year guarantee of motors(non-artificial reason), any problem within one year,we will help to solve it.
