Introduction

5-axis simultaneous machining suitable for heavy-duty milling.
The GMU800 series is one of the few five-axis machining centers that are capable of heavy-duty milling at present. It can deal with the high-speed, high-efficiency, and high-precision processing requirements of various materials easily through combining the high-end Germany spindle technology and the high-rigidity and high-torque gear-transmission A/C cradle-type rotary table technology carried by it with precision analysis and optimized bed construction.
Finite element analysis combined with dynamics optimization to improve the whole-machine performance greatly.
The design method of finite element analysis in combination with dynamics optimization can greatly improve the static and dynamic characteristics of each component of the machine tool to ensure the overall rigidity/stability and dynamics.
1. Movement of X/Y/Z linear axes based on base bed.

GTRT gear transmission rotary table technology.
Adopting the European high-end mechanical-drive GTRT technology, the GMU-800 cradle-type rotary table can present greater torque output, higher rigidity, higher stability and better rotation accuracy than the conventional ones.
