How the High Speed Disperser dispersing mixer Works

Disperser / dispersing mixer need to work together with a rotation shaft and a driven motor. The saw tooth blade rotates at 960rpm / 1450rpm and creates a radial flow pattern within a stainless steel dispersing tank (mix vessel). The sawtooth blade creates a vortex which pulls in the working laod of the vessel to the blade's sharp edges. The blade surfaces then mechanically tear apart solids thereby reducing their size, and at the same time dispersing them among the liquid used as the carrier fluid.
