Disodium nucleotide (I+G) is a new generation of nucleotide food enhancer.
It is a mixture of disodium 5'-inosinate (IMP) and disodium 5'-guanosinate (GMP) in a ratio of 1:1, which can be added directly to food for freshness enhancement.
