Work flow:
1.Hoist: The material is transported between two machines with different heights through the elevator, which has high conveying efficiency and a large bearing range.
2.Peanut roasting machine: Heat exchange is carried out by circulating fan and strong air flow, so that the material is baked. After the roasting part is finished, there is also a cooling area to realize the integration of roasting and cooling.
3.Peeling machine: This machine can achieve peanut peeling and breaking, the yield is bigger than another peeling machine.
4.Selection equipment: People can pick out the mushy peanuts and the good peanuts will stay on the equipment.
5.Storage silo: Peanuts will storage in the silo and then pass through the discharge port to the colloid mill.
6.Colloid mill: Colloid mill is for peanut fine grinding, two colloid mill match, peanut butter is more viscous.
7.Sauce tank: Peanut butter is entered into the sauce tank for short time storage.
8.Mixing tank: The tank has a layer, which lind with water to cool the peanut butter.
9.Vacuum tank: The peanut butter is vacuumed, degassed and sterilized.
10.Storage tank: The tank has not a layer, which can be seasoned with other ingredients.
