1. Refund Policy
Any quality issues accept unconditional refund, but requires the test reports from the third parties.
2. Re-ship Policy
If the parcel is lost due to the force majeure, we accept 100% no-cost resend, but the buyers bear the freight.
1. How to make paymet?
We accept western union, 100%T/T, Wise, Alibaba trade assurance; Delivery after payment only.
2. How and when to deliver goods?
We delivery goods by Express, USA & EU special line/Royal Mail/UPS/USPS/DHL/Fedex/EMS/E packet.
By sea or by air are also used.
3. How to distinguish product quality?
You get what you paid for, we can't be the cheapest but product must be safe and good.
We can provide COA and HPLC test reports for your checking, and COA for the acutal lot before delivery for your evaluation. We always recommend testing quality first with trail order.
