3)-The safety emergency stop board independent of the control system is equipped with, and the safety relay circuit is adopted to provide
double-circuit emergency stop to ensure the reliability of emergency stop.
4)-The robot body adopts highly flexible special cable.
5)-Built-in three-phase transformer makes 380V and 220V isolated to help the power supply more stable. Built-in three-phase filter can effectively improve the performance of EMC and EMI.
6)-The robot body is with dual-circuit gas pipe to meet the welding demand.
7)-The inner diameter of 6-axis middle hole is 44mm, it can meet the installation requirements of water-cooling torch and bellows torch.
8)-Highly flexible welding cable is built-in.

| Aluminum welding application has below features: 1)-The robot moves smoothly, the end speed is consistent with the set welding speed and the welding is stable with good shape. 2)-The robot and welding machine adopt full digital communication control, so that the best welding efficiency and welding effect can be exerted; 3)-The welding parameters can be set on the robot, or for the same workpiece with different thicknesses, which require different welding process conditions: such as duty cycle, frequency and other parameters, it can also be achieved by calling different JOB numbers through the robot. 4)-Hollow 500A water-cooling welding torch supports long-term double-pulse welding. 5)-Single/double pulse digital welding machine 6)-The penetration can remain the same and keep stable current output when the stick-out length of wire changes. 7)-It has smooth short-circuit transition technology, which can help weld bead more uniform and in good shape. 8)-It has short arc pulse technology, which helps the welding speed be more fast. 9)-It has high frequency dynamic wave energy control, which achieves high welding penetration, low heat input and well recognizable fish scale pattern. 10)-Low heat input and the wire feed has encoder feedback which is more stable and has strong anti-interference. |
