Q1. Are you a manufacturer ?
Yes, we're China manufacturer. Our factory is located in Chaozhou City, Guangdong, China.
Covered 500000 SQF building sizes and 286 staff.
Q2. How many years quality guarantee for your products?
We provide 10 years warranty for ceramic body and 3 year for toilet accessories.
Q3. How to get sample?
Sample order is welcome for our first cooperation. And sample fee need to charge.
Sample fee will be returned for formal order.
Q4. What is the payment terms?
By T/T, 30% as deposit in advance, while 70% balance before shipping.
Q5. What about the delivery time?
Depends on order quantity. Usually 30-45 days for one 40'HQ container.
Q6. Can your factory print our logo or brand on the product?
Our factory can laser print customer's logo on the product with the permission from customers.
Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer's
logo on the products.
Q7. Can we use our own shipping agent?
Sure, no problem.
If the parts are damaged within the validity period, we can re-provide them with the bulk goods or
send them by express, and the freight will be borne by the customers.
