Product Introduction:
Zirconium silicate bead is an attractive grinding media which has the best wear resistance and good performance in grinding among similar products.
Zirconium silicate bead has lower density and bulk density than the zirconia bead and can apply for all kinds of vertical and horizontal machines.
Zirconium silicate beads have a uniform microcrystalline structure with no hollow interior. Compared with zirconium silicate beads by electric fusion and other methods, zirconium silicate beads have higher strength and better cost performance. The microstructure of the beads is composed of dense zirconium silicate particles, which rejects burrs and cavities, avoids the separation of crystal phase and glass phase, and has greater density and hardness than similar beads. The medium density and hardness are suitable for the dispersion and grinding of medium and low viscosity slurries. It can be matched with most sand mills and is a general-purpose grinding medium.
