China Cotton Fiber Rotor Spinning Machine Double Roll Opener

This machine is designed for various grades cotton, chemical fiber and mixed materials. The materials processed are fed into the machine  along tangent directiion of beater by means of condenser and transport fan to go ahead spirally aournd the surface of beater where they are opened and cleaned. The waste separated by grid is fallen into waster collecting case and is expelled to filtration system via automatic waste suction device.
This machine adopts two feed models i.e. Pipeline connecting feed mode or condenser feed mode. It is regarded as pre opener in opening cleaning or blowing carding line, and is installed between opener and mixer.
