A: Firstly let us know your detailed requirements; Secondly we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions;
Thirdly customer confirm the samples and place deposit for formal order; Fourthly we arrange the production and ship it out.
Q4. Is it OK to print my logo on disposable vape devices or packing boxes ?
A: Yes, pls inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our samples.
Q5. How to deal with the faulty ?
A: Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and the detective rate will be less than 5%; Secondly, after photos and videos confirmation for the defective products, we will send new replacements with your next order.
