Sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO) is an inorganic compound. It is a white crystalline powder, odorless, alkali and soluble in water. In humid air or hot air that is slow decomposition, carbon dioxide, heated to 270ºC complete decomposition. When exposed to acids, they decompose strongly, producing carbon dioxide.
Sodium bicarbonate is widely used in analytical chemistry, inorganic synthesis, industrial production, agriculture and animal husbandry production.
