The vacuum gas atomization furnace is used for the mass production of various spherical or sub-spherical particles of metal powder in enterprises, universities and scientific research institutions. Its working principle is to refine the metal, smelt it in the smelting zone, and then transfer the molten metal to the holding furnace. The molten metal flows down from the bottom of the induction furnace. Under the protection gas, the molten metal flows out (downward) through the guide nozzle and passes through the high pressure. The nozzle atomizes and breaks the metal liquid into a large number of small droplets by the high-pressure airflow, and the small droplets solidify into particles in flight. The powder gas mixture is sent to the cyclone separator through the conveying pipe, where the coarse powder and fine powder are separated from the atomizing gas, and the metal powder is collected in a sealed container
