Trench Box
Trench Box is specially designed for edge support during trench excavation,mainly consists of base plate,top plate,supporting rod and connector. They are used in trench shoring as a form of trench ground support. They offer an affordable lightweight trench lining system. They are most commonly used for ground works operations such as installing utility pipes where ground movement is not critical.
The size of the system required to use for your trench ground support depends on the your maximum trench depth requirements & the size of the pipe sections that you are installing in the ground.
The system is used already assembled in the job site. The trench shoring is made up of a basement panel and top panel, connected with adjustable spacers.
If excavation is deeper, it's possible to install elevation elements.

Packaging:
1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 25tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
2. Different packages are used for different products:
---Bundles: Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.
---Pallet: Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
---Wooden cases: It is available on customer's request.
---Bulk: Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.
Delivery:
1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment.
2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.
3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
