Q1: Could I get some samples?
A: Yes, you are welcome to ask for samples. We usually do not charge you for the samples; If you would like to customize the samples, it is necessary to deposit. The deposit will be refunded if your order is up to a certain quantity.
We usually send the samples to you by FedEx, UPS, TNT or DHL. You may wire the money via Alibaba, PayPal, Bank Transfer, and Western Union. If you have your preferences for shipping service or a carrier account, we will follow your request.
Q2: Do you have your factory?
A: Yes, we are the direct manufacturer for the products you see. Like what we said in the company profile, we maintain a total manufacturing campus of 5000 square meters, and employ about 200 experienced workers.
Q3: Could I use my logo or design on your products?
A: Yes, we are happy to have your logo or design marked on our water bottles. Please make sure that your logo and design do not violate any laws in China and the country where you are going to sell them.
Q4: May I visit your factory?
A: Sure. Our factory is located in Taizhou, Zhejiang of China. It's convenient to take the high-speed train from Shanghai,
Hangzhou or Ningbo to Taizhou in no more than 4 hours. You will be warmly welcomed when you arrive.
Q5: What payment method do you take?
A: We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight, VISA, MasterCard, and PayPal.
Q6: How much time do you need to handle my order?
A: One week for the samples; 15-30 calendar days for the orders of large quantity.
Q7: Which kind of certificate would you have?
A: our products are BSCI certified.
Q8: What format of the file of the logo and design do you require?
A: Please send your file in .pdf, .jpg, jpeg, and .ai. Our designers will ask for your confirmation when designing is complete.
Q9:What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: Normally, the MOQ for one product in one colour is 1000 pieces. However, If it's your first time to order the product, we could accept a lower quantity in case you would like to trial.
