Flying cutting machine
Adopt world famous brand guide rail, servo motor. The perfect combination of belt conveyor and triangular double-edge cutter can make the extruded board smooth and accurate.The crosscutting cutter is used to cut the board to the required length. The photoelectric sensor imported from Germany , which can be adjusted according to different specifications. PCL control panel makes the operation more convenient and efficient.

Installation:
Our company has three self-bulit installation teams with many years of installation experience.
Epuipped with professional installation engineers, process engineers and other thechnical personnel joint debugging, each production line to develop a debugging plan, from the dingle machine empty operation, system empty opeation to the system with the material operatjion, the whole production line with the material operation, every link accordording to the standard to test.
Training
The method of combining theory with practice is adpoted for the training. The installation engineer shall train the maintenance backbone personnel of the buyer,and the process engineer, equipment and operation engineer shall train the on-site front- line operators, so as to achieve the purpose of knowong the process, operation, equipment and maintenance.
