AC Charger Charge Curve AC Battery Charger Working principle: After the single-phase alternating current passes through the rectifier bridge, the dc high voltage is added to the main inverter circuit composed of IGBT module and the super-fast recovery diode. The high-frequency pulsating dc formed is coupled through the high-frequency transformer, and the energy is output to the load through the quick recovery diode rectifier.The system adopts PWM pulse-width modulation. By detecting the output current and voltage signals, the size of pulse width is controlled according to the corresponding given value, and duty ratio is changed to stabilize the output.At the same time, the current and voltage can be limited according to the working condition.The whole charging process is intelligently controlled by the chip to ensure the high reliable operation of the charging machine.In the design, the charging machine also provides protection such as overcurrent protection, short circuit protection, overheat protection and delayed start, etc., to ensure the safe operation of the system.
