Description
1. Main structure of the generator set
Natural gas generator sets include natural gas-fueled reciprocating internal combustion engines, alternators, electrical parts, control devices, cooling systems, lubrication systems, exhaust systems, fuel systems, and auxiliary equipment. Except for the exhaust pipe and silencer of the exhaust system, they are mounted on a steel chassis. The generator set is a fixed permanent installed generator set. The steel underframe is mounted to the concrete foundation.
2. Main structure of the gas engine
T12 high-tech natural gas engine is the national 863 program project production. It is a domestic leading level natural gas engines with new generation of electricity, rare field combustion and four valves. Based on STEYR technology the engine is designed and developed by SINOTRUK with the EControls company and has complete intellectual property rights. It has the characteristics of low gas consumption, low exhaust temperature, good reliability and low maintenance cost.
3. Technical characteristics of gas engine
Inherit high strength double-wall enhanced wide body, frame crankcase structure of STEYR engine, significantly improve the reliability and durability of the engine. Four valve structure design effectively improve the charging efficiency. The spark plug effectively improve the flame propagation speed, and EControls new generation of CFV ensures continuous and accurate gas supply, lean combustion mode makes the combustion more sufficient.
4. Alternator
The brushless constant-voltage synchronous alternators are of the self-excited type with an electronic voltage regulator integrated in the excitation system. They are used as main or standby units in land based power installations and for ships' electrical systems and can be driven by internal combustion engines or gas, steam and water turbines and electric motors.
Structure:
The alternator comprises the main machine, exciter and excitation system. The main machine is of revolving magnetic field with cylindrical rotor and damper winding. The exciter is revolving armature machine. The exciter power is supplied to the rotor of the main machine via rotating rectifiers.
5. Genset controller
The control panel adopted Harsen controller and can detect the current, voltage, speed, frequency, power, engine cooling water temperature, engine oil pressure, exhaust temperature, number of starts, running time, etc. of the unit. The screen also designed a variety of necessary protections for the generator set to ensure safe and stable operation of the unit. The main protections include high water temperature, low oil pressure, overspeed, high temperature, over voltage, under voltage and low frequency. The control panel provides DC power switch, emergency stop button, and unit fault alarm indication.
The automatic generator set adopts automatic control system, which can realize self-starting, self-regulating, self-adjusting frequency, automatic load-carrying, automatic fault alarm, automatic control, etc., to achieve digital management, the generator is always ready to start, the main power supply is cut off or When the fault occurs, the standby unit starts immediately and is put into the load operation at 15S. The unit is interlocked with the external power. The automatic switching between the mains and the standby unit is realized through the ATS of the Party A. When the utility power is restored, the standby unit exits and enters the shutdown process. When the startup is unsuccessful for 3 consecutive times, it can issue a startup failure alarm, and automatically stop when the unit fails, and provide alarm signal information.
