Introduction of Bubble washing machine:

The Air bubble cleaning machine is an important product in the production line of vegetables, fruits and aquatic products. It is mainly used for the cleaning of jujube, vegetables and aquatic products. The principle of the bubble washing machine is mainly to use the right amount of water into the box in the front of the box. When the raw material passes through the box, it will be in a rolling state under the combined action of the bubble machine and water, and it will continue to advance with the mesh belt. , When it comes out of the water, the high-end is equipped with a spray head for high-pressure washing.

The bubble washer machine is equipped with a bubble generating device to make the material in a tumbling state, effectively removing impurities on the surface of the material. Features of Bubble cleaing machine:

1. The bubble cleaner is equipped with a circulating water pump and a filter water tank to realize the recycling of cleaning water, save water, and replace with new water according to the actual production situation;

2. The conveyor belt motor of the fruit washing machine can realize the variable speed adjustment function. The cleaned vegetables are conveyed by the network chain, automatically fed and discharged, and the conveying speed of the conveyor belt is adjusted according to the production needs;

3. The bubble washer is equipped with a spray device, which sprays the product during the transportation to the next process after cleaning to reduce secondary pollution;

Workflow of Bubble washer:

1)  After the material is cleaned by tumbling and tumbling on the mesh belt, the material is lifted to the climbing position of the discharge port, and it is washed twice with clean water to avoid secondary pollution.

2)  After the material enters the inside of the equipment, the surfing device sprays water above and in front of the material to push the material forward, avoiding a large amount of material accumulating at the feed inlet and affecting the cleaning quality, saving manpower.


3)  The ozone generating device is connected with the air pump to make the air pump emit ozone bubbles. The oxygen atoms dissolved in the water rapidly destroy the cell structure of microorganisms through oxidation, and promote cell apoptosis to achieve a sterilization effect.

4)  Water circulation system: The bubble washing machine is equipped with a circulating water pump and a filter water tank to realize the recycling of cleaning water, and automatically supplement and update the water according to the actual situation.

5)  We can optimize the conveying structure to avoid material clamping and hanging for different fruits/vegetables, the chain nets and chain plates can be customized.

6)  You can adjust the speed of belt conveyor by the controller during washing; the cleaned fruits/vegetables are fed and discharged automatically, and can be adjusted according to the actual situation during the production process.
