Vikigng offers a standard range of power packs which include complete valve packages and manifolds integrated into a power unit to provide a compact solution for almost all requirements.
Hydraulic power unit (HPU) are used to provide hydraulic power via oil flow and pressure.
In their most basic form they consist of the following:
1. Prime mover - AC or DC electric motor or a petrol or diesel engine:Single and 3-phase electric motors from 2.2 kW to 15 kW.
2. Hydraulic pump,Fixed displacement gear or vane pump or constant pump
3. Bellhousing and coupling to join the prime mover and pump
4. Relief valve to protect the pump and circuit
5. Tank and oil :Tanks range from 25 to 200 litres, in alloy or steel.
6.Material: steel or stainless steel.
7.Cylinder bore and strok as client's request.
8.Working pressure: 6.0---300MPA.

The pump of the HPU draws fluid from the tank, it then transfers it into the accumulator until the pressure is sitting at an ideal level. Once at the correct level of pressure, the fluid will continue to circulate in the system. The unit will make sure the pressure stays at the required level for the system, relieving the pressure if it gets too high and increasing it if it gets too low. The unit can generate power to the system as long as it maintains the pressure at the correct level.
