Product Introduction
Zirconia brick is made from the bubble zircon and the ZrO2, by adding moderate complex binder, and then through high pressure shape the product. It is a high temperature, excellent energy-saving light refractory, used in a variety of atmosphere is very stable. Particularly suitable for high-temperature kiln at 2200°C in furnace applications.
Zirconia Toughened Alumina Ceramic also named ZTA ceramic, which is white color, is a combination material of the aluminum oxide and 20~25% zirconium oxide. ZTA Ceramics is an new material developed in the recently years, which is a considerable improvement in impact strength and toughness over alumina ceramic. Chemshun ZTA'S wear resistance is 2.5 better times than the alumina ceramic. ZTA offer increased component life and a more cost effective long term solution, it's very suitable for extreme impact and wear equipment of mining industry. Now the BHP Australia used a lot of the ZTA Ceramic Liners.
