Product Introduction
Corundum ceramic (a-AL2O3), the Mohs hardness can reach 9.0, which is equivalent to HRC90 or more. The inner surface is smooth and never corroded, and there is no convex helix on the inner surface of the seamless steel pipe. The internal surface roughness and water resistance characteristics of the relevant testing units have been tested, and the internal surface smoothness is better than that of any metal pipe, and the clearing resistance coefficient is 0.0193, which is slightly lower than that of seamless pipes. Therefore, the pipe has the characteristics of low running resistance, which can reduce the running cost.
It has acid and alkali resistance and seawater corrosion resistance, and at the same time has the characteristics of anti-scaling and so on.Because of the corundum ceramic (a-AL2O3), it is a single stable crystalline structure. The linear expansion coefficient of the material is 6-8×10-6/0C, which is about 1/2 of the steel pipe. The material has good thermal stability.
Ceramic tubes are lightweight and affordable. It is 50% lighter than the cast stone pipe of the same inner diameter; 20-30% lighter than the wear-resistant alloy pipe, and has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
Features
It has the characteristics of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, impact resistance and easy construction. It is an ideal material for wear resistance of conveying equipment in electric power, metallurgy, coal, petroleum, cement, chemical, machinery and other industries. Alumina wear-resistant ceramics is very safe and reliable under high temperature corrosion, high temperature wear or high temperature melting, and has a long service life. Under the same industrial and mining conditions, its service life is ten to twenty times that of cast stone, wear-resistant alloy cast steel, steel rubber and other materials.
Application
Ideal material for surface wear of equipment for conveying materials (such as ash, slag, coal powder, mineral concentrate, tailings, cement, etc.) in electric power, metallurgy, coal, petroleum, cement, chemical industry, machinery and other industries.
Because of its wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant properties, ceramic tubes can be widely used as pipeline linings in electric power, metallurgy, mining, coal, chemical and other industries to transport abrasive granular materials such as sand, stone, coal powder, ash, and aluminum liquid.
