Single Wall Corrugated Sheath Pipe in Pipe Production Line
This production line is used to produce the corrugated pipe insulating the pex-al-pex pipe or pex pipe. Below pipe production line is used to produce single wall corrugated sheath pipe, inserting PEX-AL-PEX pipe or other plastic pipes inside. It's also called pipe in pipe.

Design feature for Pipe Production Line
1) Extrusion die head structure is special design for those type pipe in pipe making, to insert the inner PEX-AL-PEX pipe inside.
2) The corrugated pipe forming device adopt vacuum forming type. The forming model is precsion, and easy to change different sizes.
3)Adopting SIEMENS PLC control system to control the whole line, like extruder start/stop, vacuum start/stop, Haul-off speed sync control and start/stop;and also with safety protection alarm and stop function.
This Pipe in pipe machine is used to make pex pipe or pex-al-pex pipe insulated into corrugated pipe. Corrugated pipe usually adopts PP or PE raw materials, have features of high temperature resistance, resistant to corrosion and abrasion, high intensity, good flexibility etc.

(1) All the machine will be made full trial testing for shipment, each equipment shall be working in good conditions, the produced pipe diameter shall be conforms to the Standard (DIN, GB, ASTM EN, etc),The inner/outer surface must be shining.
